Join Anne Hungate with QuantumBloom to discuss the value of early career development programs and how employers can drive up retention and build more inclusive work environments with an ounce of prevention. Participants will learn the statistics backing up the programs and their impacts on an organization's bottom line.

The "shift-left" concept, originally an engineering strategy aimed at identifying and resolving issues earlier in a project lifecycle, can be applied to talent development, particularly in engaging women and other young professionals in tech. By focusing on early career development and nurturing essential soft skills—such as communication, feedback, and leadership behaviors—companies can address potential challenges before they become ingrained issues.
