Instant Teams is a mission-driven company committed to supporting and employing the “force behind the force” – military spouses. As remote-first experts since 2016, we’ve mastered the art of remote hiring, training, deploying, and managing teams at scale. In downtown Southern Pines, Instant Teams has an in-person community space for military spouses to co-work and connect. Military Spouses and military-affiliated individuals can co-work with us Monday -Friday from 9 am –3 pm ET and build their community by engaging with other local military spouses and partners, networking with military-friendly organizations, and enjoying the kid-friendly office space complete with free coffee.
