Toilemetry is a Duke-born medical device using AI to monitor urine output in cardiology wards, NIH-funded with an IRB-approved clinical study covering more than 500 device uses, founded by Ben Neubert, PhD in computational biology from Duke. Maka Media is rebuilding content curation for kids with AI-guardrails and personalisation, backed by youtube and founded by Harvard Innovation Labs. And finally Instaagent, a YC 2026 company growing leaps and bounds and competing with giants like TikTok and Meta in bespoke advertising.
