Holloran Leadership is a software leadership advisory firm serving software companies in the 10 to 200 employee range. Most of our work starts at a familiar moment: a strong engineer gets promoted into management, and six months later the CEO is watching delivery slow while more decisions land back on their own desk. The instincts that made someone an excellent individual contributor don't cover the new job, and nobody taught them what does.

Our flagship program, Manager Atlas, is an eleven-week cohort program that turns new and struggling managers into leaders their sponsors can trust with bigger problems. We also work directly with founders and senior leaders through structured advisory engagements and executive coaching. The measure of success is observable: fewer escalations reaching the CEO, delivery that no longer depends on heroics, and a leadership bench the business can actually grow on.

The practice is built on more than twenty years inside software organizations, from QA Analyst to VP of Development reporting directly to the CEO, including leading a development organization through a turnaround and into acquisition. The problems we work on are ones we've lived through under real pressure, not ones we've read about.
