VISION: MCNC is an independent non-profit organization that employee advanced networking technologies and systems to help various sectors of Community Anchor Institutions in North Carolina communicate with their constituents more effectively and meet their specific organization's mission, vision and goals. This includes utilizing the services provided by MCNC to: - Continuously improve learning and collaboration throughout North Carolina's K-20 education community. - Advance the availability of electronic medical records and healthcare information exchange in North Carolina's healthcare industry. - Improve the availability and affordability of high speed broadband capability to all CAIs in North Carolina PURPOSE: We proudly serve various sectors of Community Anchor Institutions in North Carolina by providing high quality network infrastructure and network-based services designed for discovery, creativity, sharing and enhancing knowledge to benefit North Carolina's economic position.
