Aditya Chinni is the Chief Operating Officer of Palo Alto Labs and a technology transformation executive with experience leading global teams, digital transformation programs, and technology-enabled business growth. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations build and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs), modernize enterprise platforms, strengthen portfolio governance, and improve operational performance through innovation in technology, process, and leadership.

His experience spans software engineering, product development, ERP modernization, Salesforce & ServiceNow transformations, AI-enabled delivery models, enterprise PMO leadership (Amazon scale), and organizational change initiatives across multiple industries. Aditya is particularly passionate about helping organizations align business strategy, technology investments, and operating models to deliver measurable outcomes.

In addition to his executive role, Aditya is a doctoral candidate in Leadership at UNC Chapel Hill, where his research focuses on leadership, organizational transformation, innovation, and workplace equity.
