Nine in ten people now use AI at work. Only a third can say what good AI use looks like in their own role. This is a working session, not a lecture. Everyone brings one thing they actually have to get done: an email they're dreading, a document to summarize, a spreadsheet to make sense of, a policy to rewrite in plain language. Most of the value in these tools sits behind features almost nobody turns on. Only 17% of workers have been trained on agents and automation, and the ones who have score nearly twice as high on AI proficiency. We spend real time there. Everyone leaves having finished a piece of real work, with one agent or automation running on something they do every week, and a clear sense of when to trust the output and when not to.
