Privilege is a complex topic because people often associate it with one race, one gender, or with affluence, and it can often carry an accusation or condemnation. However, in order to move beyond the resistance associated with the notion of privilege and subsequently leverage its benefits, we first need to understand it and broaden its scope.
In partnership with The Diversity Movement, join us for this Privilege Walk where we will focus on the future and discover the high levels of privilege. We will talk through those advantages to learn how to use them to advocate for equity and inclusion across our organizations and communities.
